What is DCS?

DCS refers to a control system usually a manufacturing system, process or any kind of dynamic system, in which the controller elements are not centralized in a location but are distributed throughout the system. Each component’s subsystems are controlled by one or more controllers. The entire system of controllers is connected through a network for communicating, controlling, and supervision.
