Since 1995, supplying, installing, and commissioning Automation and Control products to the Electric Power plant projects has been one of the most important business sectors of HollySys. HollySys provides Total Automation and Control solution for the Coal-Fired Thermal Power Plant. The core products that we offer to this marker are our series of DCS (Distributed Control System) solution brand named as HOLLiAS DCS platform. We offer a wide range of advanced, practical, and reliable industrial automation system platform including MACS-FM and MACS-SM series DCS which is already at its fourth generation design in HollySys.

For Plant Automation in Turbomachinery Equipment such as steam turbine supervisory control, HollySys offers specialized control system which compliments the DCS we offered. Our offerings includes DEH (Digital Electro-Hydraulic) and ETS (Emergency Trip System). Software solution offerings includes MES (Manufacturing Enterprise System), HOLLiAS Bridge, HAMS (HOLLiAS Assets Management System), SimuPlant (Simulation Plant System), RMIS (Real-time Management Information System), computer interlocking system, and so on.

Chemical Process Industry

Automation and control systems are used extensively in chemical process industries. HollySys has been relying on a large number of chemical process industries for many years. We have numerous senior industry experts with extensive experience in this industry. Our engineering team has successfully implemented over 2000 chemical projects application covering more than 200 major installations for chemical industries from process control, equipment control, to enterprise management.

HollySys product has been chosen by BASF Chemical Co., Ltd., a German company among the world top 500 enterprises. BASF Chemical's BPI project (poly-isocyanate) in Shanghai for its investment projects with a total investment of 240,000,000 yuan, the production capacity of 8000 tons / year. The project is based on system design and configuration using the most prominent feature of BASF's business ToolKits standards providing dozens of common control module, the configuration interface, and so on. The total size of the system cover around 1,000 points, 25 Profibus-DP communications sites, 2 volume control procedures, and emergency safety interlock system with SIL3 level. Besides this, HollySys is also the qualified supplier for China Huanqiu Contracting & Engineering Corp., the largest chemical design institute in China.

HollySys' ATP product certified to SIL4

Most recently, our proprietary designed and developed high-speed railway ATP product is certified to the most stringent European safety standard SIL4. This is a strong testament to Hollysys R&D capabilities in developing its proprietary products in the leading end-markets. This certificate, being the first grant to a Chinese local company for the railway ATP product, is a head start for Hollysys to get more of its safety products in high-speed railway and subway segments certified to world-class standards. We will continue to enhance our market position both in the domestic and international arena by introducing more high-quality proprietary products.

In year 2000, HollySys took lead in introducing integrated supervision and control technology for the urban mass transit, subway, or light-rail system in China. Through innovation, feasibility, and practicality studies, HollySys has successfully developed the MACS-SCADA Integrated Supervision and Control System. We have implemented the nation first project of integrated supervision and control system to the number 13 line of Beijing urban subway system utilizing HollySys’ MACS-SCADA system. Subsequently, HollySys continues to pursuit approximately 10 major subway projects in China including Beijing, Tianjin, Wuhan, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, etc.

HollySys MACS-SCADA is one open hierarchical distributed system that integrates and interconnects various automation subsystems on the same network and software platform providing advantages such as unified supervision, centralized real-time information, interactive control, emergency handling, and public safety control measures. It covers control, monitoring, supervision, and automation for building, fire alarm, gates, access control, CCTV, public-address, fare collection, passenger information, train information and supervision, telecommunication and alarms.

Nuclear power generation has become the first choice of clean energy in China facing unprecedented development opportunities. The rapid development of China’s nuclear power industry has brought substantial market demands for the nuclear power plant (NPP) monitoring systems, automation systems, and instruments and control (I&C) equipments including field instruments.

HollySys was the first China’s enterprise company to enter the nuclear power I&C industry field.
